We are pleased to acknowledge the contribution of each of you in ensuring the support programs for compatriots from Artsakh. Your monthly donations, charitable events, and other initiatives enable us to assist the beneficiaries of the foundation who are in need of medical and humanitarian support on a daily basis.
Since November 1, 2023, we have been able to launch long-term medical assistance programs for those who need our support the most. At the moment, we have already processed over 10 000 applications for medical assistance and medication. Of course, we want to be able to help everyone as soon as possible, understanding the difficult living conditions and the emotional and physical state of our beneficiaries. Our volunteers are doing their best to provide timely access to quality medical support for compatriots from Artsakh.
The uninterrupted work of the foundation has become possible thanks to the fantastic responsiveness of our community of volunteer doctors, volunteers, friends, and simply caring individuals, as well as organizations and funds such as Hovnanian Foundation and others who daily address medical, humanitarian, and organizational issues with us to ensure that everyone who seeks help from the foundation can receive assistance in a timely manner.
Together, we were able to raise donations amounting to 195 803 811 drams and help tens of thousands of people. Special thanks to various organizations, companies, and initiatives providing various medications and humanitarian aid items for the most vulnerable beneficiaries of the foundation.
Report on assistance programs
Endocrinological patients
- We have provided necessary medications and consultations for 26 patients with type 1 diabetes
- as well as support for patients with type 2 diabetes (e.g., over 200 patients)
- We provide medications for beneficiaries with thyroid disorders (over 500 patients received L-thyroxine medication)
Palliative care
- We have supported 62 patients in need of continuous medical and humanitarian assistance and special care
- We provide targeted assistance (chemotherapy, diagnostic tests) to more than 60 beneficiaries facing life-threatening oncological and other serious diseases
Maternity and Childhood program
- Maternity and childhood program assisted 657 pregnant women and 303 newborns, providing everything necessary for the care of infants to young mothers
- Currently, we have over 800 applications from expectant mothers from Artsakh
Assistance in regions
- Our medical mobile teams have visited 35 villages in the regions of Armenia
- Over 700 families have received prompt medical assistance, medication, consultations from leading specialists, and humanitarian aid
