Many participants will remember this day for a long time. October 28, VIVA volunteers spent this day in the town of Abovyan. VIVA has set up a temporary mobile unit here to provide medical care and distribute humanitarian aid to refugees from Artsakh. On this day, 243 families contacted the local unit. And these were 243 stories that moved people’s hearts. Indeed, people come to receive emotional support first of all, to make sure that they are needed, important, and that they will get help. On October 28, VIVA’s temporary unit in Abovyan provided the following assistance to our compatriots from Artsakh who moved to the Kotay region:
- medical consultations
- nutrition for babies up to 3 years old
- hygiene products for women, diapers for children
- medicines
VIVA’s temporary unit in Abovyan was open on October 28 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Address: Kotayk region, Abovyan, Square of Friendship (Barekamutyan), building 2.
