Help where it’s needed
The goal of the project is to provide quality medical care to every resident of Armenia!
Within the framework of this project, our team of doctors regularly travels in the special vehicle #VivaCar to remote and border regions of Armenia to provide free qualified medical care to those who especially need support. The group consists of a multidisciplinary team of doctors. The project is aimed at addressing important humanitarian and medical challenges.
- Improving access to basic and specialized medical care in sparsely populated and hard-to-reach regions
- Screening and early diagnosis of chronic and severe diseases
- Medical education and prevention
- Supporting the primary healthcare system locally
- Developing telemedicine infrastructure for continuous communication with doctors
To implement this project, the foundation has opened a special charitable account. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that the money is not spent — it works!
You can join and support the project by using the payment form above or by transferring funds to the account details provided.
Details of the savings account
BENEFICIARY BANK: Ameriabank CJSC; BENEFICIARY ACCOUNT: 1570027010410400; BENEFICIARY: "VIVA CHARITABLE"
How does the special account work?
Donations are deposited into the account
Interest is accumulated on the balance
The interest is used to support the project
The special charitable account works in such a way that the donated amount always remains untouched, providing the “Doctors for the Regions of Armenia” project with monthly support through bank interest.
Funds from the accumulated interest are used to purchase medicines and consumables, as well as to pay the salaries of doctors and nurses. This way, the foundation always has resources to maintain the project and ensure its uninterrupted operation!

Artur Goroyan
The visionary and creator of the special charitable account is the well-known race car driver and businessman Artur Goroyan.
Artur Goroyan is the first and only Armenian to represent the country in international competitions, an 11-time participant of the 24-hour Nürburgring marathon, and a multiple-time winner of races on the world’s most challenging and dangerous track at Nürburgring.

Doctor consultations
The “Doctors for the Regions of Armenia” project operates in two main directions. First, there are doctor visits and in-person consultations. Second, the VIVA foundation organizes a network of telemedicine points locally so that people can also receive medical assistance remotely.
Doctor visits to the regions include:
Free consultations with specialists: therapist, cardiologist, pediatrician, neurologist, endocrinologist, ophthalmologist, ENT, dentist, vascular surgeon, traumatologist, and others.
Free necessary examinations (ECG, ultrasound, tests).
Training local nurses in modern methods and protocols.
Creating telemedicine access points — equipped places where patients can receive online consultations with specialists in Yerevan through the help of nurses.
If necessary — referring patients to major centers for further treatment and examinations.
Issuing free prescribed medications to patients with chronic diseases.

The project is already up and running. As of June 2025, 10 telemedicine points have been established across different regions of Armenia — in places where ambulances rarely reach, and the nearest regional hospitals or medical centers are dozens of kilometers away.
10 telemedicine points
Each point is equipped with special diagnostic equipment to monitor returning patients, assess health dynamics, and provide treatment.
📍 Geography
The project covers remote villages, border communities, and temporary refugee settlements. We work in close cooperation with local authorities and medical clinics.
💬 Why it matters:
We believe that access to healthcare should not depend on geography or a person’s social status.
Thanks to mobile medical teams and telemedicine, high-quality care becomes accessible to everyone. ❤
For some, this is their only chance in a whole year to see a doctor and receive free help.
10 telemedicine points
We are building a sustainable network of telemedicine points in border and hard-to-reach regions. At these locations, local paramedics and residents can directly connect with specialists in Yerevan — quickly, safely, and without unnecessary travel. Below is the current list of active and planned telemedicine points. 8 of them are fully operational and connected to Yerevan; the last 2 are being prepared for launch.
