The VIVA Foundation's Donor Program
The project raises awareness about blood donation and aims to increase the number of regular donors, especially in Armenia’s regional communities.

The Conscious Donor Program has been running for several years. The foundation actively promotes the idea of blood donation, which had not been implemented to its full potential in Armenia before. Over the years, more than 700 people have donated blood. In addition to encouraging donations at established centers, the VIVA Foundation introduced the practice of mobile open events in Armenia, where anyone willing could donate blood.
Thanks to active support, the number of donors in Armenia is steadily increasing each year. We aim to engage up to 500 new donors in this noble cause by 2025. The blood donation support program in Armenia requires significant investment from the foundation.
The total cost of the program is $37,000. This includes support for regional blood banks and donation centers, as well as organizing outdoor donor days and other events to raise awareness and encourage participation in blood donation.
We provide our donors with detailed financial reports, as well as photo and video materials documenting our projects, always adhering to ethical standards to protect the dignity and privacy of our beneficiaries.
Our commitment to transparency extends to ensuring that all incoming funds are tracked, accounted for, and responsibly allocated to the programs they are intended to support.
